Describe a time your services really changed a client's life for the better.
We recently received a call from one of our brides that their booked photographer disappeared. We got the call the morning of the wedding day. We just happened to have the day available, and with no second thoughts, the photographer made his way toward the wedding location. We did change her life—now she has memories for a lifetime.
Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
For our company "little things" counts. That is why on our website portfolio, we have a folder dedicated only to "little things that make a difference." Our team is very detailed-oriented. Besides the good photography, we offer the courtesy to always have a positive attitude. It is basic social psychology—your own feelings and thoughts will influence and control the crowed, gaining their approval and respect.
How is your approach different than that of other professionals in your field?
Our approach is simple, and it is different from other professionals' in this field: We see photography as a real art, and not just a job.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We have never received a complaint related to our photography. And if this [ever] happens, we will be open to learn and gain experience from issues that our hobby might bring.
