I had high hopes because the owner seemed very nice, however the interior detailing was awful. (He blamed his supervisor) Rubber mats weren’t cleaned at all, rear seats weren’t vacuumed under, rear view mirror was smeared, carpets had a lot of dirt along edges, chrome emblem on my steering wheel was damaged AND I was charged $50 extra. He redid it the next day but didn’t offer any compensation.

Do not buy this Groupon. They do not honor the promotional amount. They give you credit for the amount you paid only. Go elsewhere for detailing. See my other lengthy review on the othe detailing Groupon I purchased. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This was horrible!!! They do not honor the Promotional value of the Groupon. They only give you face value, then charge you directly for the extra. So my Groupon had a promotional value of $370. I paid $180. So they charged full price for the details and credited me $180. Then they charged over $100 to remove the surface scratches that I couldn’t even see. I always thought that was a standard part of exterior detailing. On top of all that, they told me a truck pulled in front of my car and it couldn’t be moved. I was told they would call in 10 minutes to let me know the progress of getting a tow truck to move the other truck. I never received a call. My husband and I went to the shop that night. He looked in the window and saw my car. He also saw a truck. He said he could have driven around the truck. It would have been a multi point turn, but it was possible. So I texted the owner of Jealousy. He never responded until the next morning. He said he truck was still there, but he should have my car ou ‘soon’. Well it took almost 45 minutes for their driver to come get me. I live less than 5 miles away. Then when we pulled up, there were several people still working on my car. I suspected he didn’t want me to inspect their work because he tried to get me to sit in the drivers seat immediately. After spending this much money, I was inspecting. I found wax still in places. Dirt in many places. Windows that were worse than when it got there and ther was white wax all over the black parts of the car body. So, now I have to clean my car before my husband sees what a crappy job they did.

A couple things to note: 1) owner immediately tried to upsell me to a better wax service than was 'standard' exterior detailing for the Groupon deal. 2) As part of the exterior detailing, I expected that the crew would have cleaned the in the door posts... got home and found that these areas were not even touched.
