Fitness Classes in and near Baltimore, MD

My kids and I have really enjoyed the classes and variety so far.

Instructor Gary is a light to be around and motivates you to stay active while demonstrating proper techniques!

This is the cutest yoga studio. Very welcoming of everyone, lots of different classes to choose from. The studio has showers to use, complimentary water and tea. Very cute boutique in the studio as well. Bring your own yoga matt or they have ones to rent for class as well. I sweat in the signature heat class like I never have before.
