Jazzercise Wayne/Pompton Lakes Fitness Center
With upwards of 30 classes per week, Jazzercise Wayne/Pompton Lakes Fitness Center helps patrons dance their way to slimmer physiques. Instructors teach classic jazzercise routines—a blend of dance steps and muscle-toning moves—to a soundtrack of top-40, country, funk, classic, and jazz tunes. They also lead more specialized classes, including interval, strength, strike, core, fusion, and Jazzercise Lite, which avoids jumps and other moves that may stress sensitive joints.
It's a very fun experience. I am exercising and having an amazing time while doing it. The set up is satisfying and organize with enough materials and equipment for unknown numbers. I am really enjoying myself.

It is a great work out and the instructors are wonderful! I highly recommend it for women of all fitness levels!
