METRO Restaurant & Lounge at Hotel Metro
Inside the Hotel Metro's historic, art-deco building, METRO Restaurant & Lounge combines the flavors of both modern tastes and classic cuisine. This is perhaps most evident in the drink selection, which includes sidecars and martinis. The cocktails are balanced by a menu of hearty, steakhouse-style meals, such as the Mid Western Bison Top Loin. There's seafood, too, of course—everything from Fresh Atlantic Salmon Salad to a pan-seared Ahi Tuna with cucumber wasabi aioli—and weekend brunch that's served from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining room, or in the Sidecar private dining lounge with a hand-painted mural of the 1930s, when the only Instagram filter was Sepia.
