The RITE Method
RITE stands for Resistant Interval Training Exercise—a fitness regimen based on the teachings of professional dancer Lotte Berk that is designed to tone and stretch muscles by fusing resistance exercises, yoga, and ballet-barre workouts. Students of all ages and abilities can build more powerful cores and limbs as well as boost stamina and reduce the stress on their joints. As pupils progress through standing techniques, floor workouts, and yoga poses, they can work at their own pace even while merging into a hive mind with their fellow classmates.
