Anna's triumph over her own unwanted pounds inspired her to help others, and she now holds indoor boot-camp sessions for clients of all fitness levels. Though each class challenges participants to stretch their physical limits, everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace through an invigorating medley of strength and cardio exercises. Regular measurements calculate body-fat percentage and the number of kettlebells you can fit in your mouth to showcase individual progress. A members-only online community also doles out community support, nutrition resources, and tools for tracking your health headway.

So far I really like it because it's a different routine/workout everyday. The trainers are great. They cheer you on and try to get you to push just a little more!
