Team of dedicated and involved master yogis aims to pass their passion of practicing yoga among all participants
Since 2004, the patient and welcoming instructors of The Woodlands Yoga Studio have helped students hone their practice with a focus on traditional hatha yoga. Helping develop strength, flexibility, and balance, classes range from gentle basics to mixed-level and even prenatal yoga. Through these sessions, instructors help students practicing postures, breathing exercises, and light meditation. The studio also offers a core-balance class, which focuses more on toning and strengthening the core to garner the envy of apples everywhere.
