Baltimore Spa

In Baltimore, spa day can be every day—and the city’s best spas make you want to be a regular. This list of Baltimore spa and salon greats includes the appointment-only Spa at Four Seasons Hotel, for example, has something for everyone. Clients can get mani-pedis, facials, and even reiki on the 10,000-square-foot premises. And you don't need to be staying at the hotel to take advantage of the relaxing and primping treatments; the spa offers membership packages that include perks such as access to the 24/7 gym. In other words, if you’re looking for things to do in Baltimore, consider a day of pampering.

Angelina and Vaughn are great hospitality hosts. They handled multiple request at check in, answered questions and provided guidance for the large amount of guests that day. When I called ahead of time, the phone staff was cold and short. The same day in-person experience was much better. The massage with Lisa was very relaxing. The various spa rooms were relaxing and the café had good food option

One 60-Minute Float Session
I admit I was nervous about my first session in the Float Tank. Jenny helped me past my anxiousness and made several helpful recommendations. The facility is kept tip-top clean and was very comfortable. The salt water was warm and inviting. It took me a minute to get used to it all but, the float ultimately enjoyable. With all the hype I maintained around my first experience I feel I missed out on some of the deeper experiential benefits of deprivation and reflection. So, I decided to book a follow-up session in order to gain that benefit. I signed up for a post sauna session as well. I think that will serve as a nice transition from the float experience. Enjoy.
