Good deal! They shipped me a box to ship back to them my VHS tapes, provided tracking. They also sent me a second email with a trackig to ship it back. I haven’t shipped my tapes yet nor received digital file on flash drive back but my experience is good so far!

loved this for our family.. Such a great deal, and we got discounts on prints/ornaments. Biggest savings was getting a free session... that alone saved us $15x7 people! really a bargain!
