Great course for beginners. The lessons are well organized, easy to follow, and cover the fundamentals clearly. I like that I can learn at my own pace and review the material anytime. I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
