Cortez was very efficient, reassuring, and explained the process thoroughly. Being my first time, I was a little nervous about the sensitivity of my teeth and having pain. No pain to report but I am now feeling a little sensitive. I'm glad I went with the lower strength, which Cortez recommended.
Chuy provided a great massage experience, starting with the cozy studio and waiting area. He checked in throughout the massage to see how everything was feeling and accommodated my preferences. Would recommend!
