First day: The atmosphere was great, the woman at the front that helped sign me in was great, all smiles and good attitude. The teacher was on point, the poses looked like they were nothing to him. Whilst is poured sweat onto my mat. I've never sweat so much in my entire life. It was amazing. I only lasted 33 minutes of the full 60. I came from weightlifting, will not next time.
