What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I have been a trainer for over six years and I know the best diet and workout techniques that will allow you to lose that stubborn fat once and for all. Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? When you decide to use me as your trainer, I will teach you how to make exercise and nutrition a new habit in your life. You will become addicted to living a healthy lifestyle. You will eventually not even need me anymore to stay motivated, and that is my ultimate goal for you. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have been training myself since I was a little kid and was always fascinated about advanced ways to workout. I was overweight when I was a child and I overcame my obstacles and achieved my fitness goals. After that, I made it my life purpose to help people overcome their weight problems. What do you love most about your job? I love showing people how easy it actually is to change their lives and that all it takes is the proper methods and mindset. Teaching people how to make healthy living a habit in their lives is my true passion and I can not see myself doing anything else for the rest of my life!

  • Garden State Yoga
Seth Weisberg and Alison McCue, cofounders of Garden State Yoga, strive to foster growth and community for both students and teachers of yoga. Along with their fellow instructors, they teach yoga classes inside two distinct studios. Their heated studio offers hot power Vinyasa classes, inspired by the Baron Baptiste style, that detoxify bodies, build strength, reduce stress, and encourage self-awareness. The other studio hosts Vinyasa, Zumba, restorative yoga, and yin yoga classes at normal temperatures. When they aren't striking peaceful poses on their home turf, instructors offer corporate yoga at retail businesses such as Barnes & Noble and Whole Foods. Seth and Alison also pass along their knowledge during regular teacher-training courses for yogis who want to earn their certification through Yoga Alliance.

  • Zen Rock Pilates and Spin Studio
As someone who got into Pilates to reclaim her pre-motherhood physique, Lisa Moore doesn't expect all her students to be seasoned athletes. She founded Zen Rock Pilates and Spin Studio as a place where both new and experienced students can further their practice in private or small-group classes. In their brand-new space, Lisa and her team of instructors lead reformer and mat Pilates, indoor cycling, and a hybrid class called SpinLates, which integrates both cardio and fat-burning movements. Lisa also developed BodyTone, a class that works both the upper and lower body with a mix of Pilates, yoga, and traditional toning exercises such as trying to push the walls farther apart from each other.
