Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
This is not the yell-at-you-until-you-throw-up kind of workout. I will always have a positive mental attitude and expect clients to have the same. This is a fun envirmonment, and I like to use a variety of games and challenges to help motivate my clients. We have a great time!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When I was younger, I was not it great shape. My self confidence was low, and physically I wasn't good at a lot of things. I started learning about the fitness industry and made the necessary changes to make my life better. Now my mission is to help others succeed and change their lives as well!
What do you love most about your job?
You. I have always loved working with people, and seeing others succeed. It sounds cliché, but I always enjoy the time when my client reaches a goal they've worked hard for. If you help enough other people achieve what they want in life, you will achieve what you want. I always try to live by that.
