I accidentally signed up for the Gyrotonics private lesson but it was a happy accident. Anna B guided me through the exercises for the first time. She was very clear in her directions and technical, which is how I learn best. I’ve been having hip pain and I think these classes will help resolve it along with my PT.
Did the first session, which was an evaluation of my current strength and learning the work out machines. Richard and Jeff are both very patient and great to work with.

Six 30-Minute Personal Training Sessions and Dietary Assessment
I've been working with Jonathan for about 10 months, and he's great. I've seen tremendous growth in my strength and endurance. The workouts are engaging and challenging, but not overwhelming.
