Awesome!! I don't really write reviews but this place is underrated and needs some publicity. The studio is clean and spacious. Gena is nice, a very positive person and very accommodating to my needs. Great customer service! I had such a great experience at the Brooklyn location on Flatbush Avenue. I love the sauna. I did lose inches off my waist, lol. I would tell my family about her service. I plan to come back again because I will do surgery soon and she does post op care. I hit the jackpot with this place. I am glad that she is in the neighbourhood. Thank you so much!
Bella was fantastic. She was attentive and detail oriented during my gel manicure. She took her time and skipped no steps! Her and the rest of the staff were an absolute pleasure. Will definitely be going back!
