I had a nice afternoon of me time! It was very calming and the ice station helped my knee pain so much!

This was a very good facial. My skin feels really good. The room was clean and relaxing. She was late due to traffic which was out of her control and she really tried to make it up which was thoughtful. I will be back for an anti aging facial.

The services they provide are outstanding in a very clean environment with modern, state of the art amenities .The ambiance is pleasant, private and relaxing, and everyone from the staff, the front desk people, the nurses, is friendly, courteous, welcoming, smiling and doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Booking an appointment is a breeze, with plenty of availability and flexibility. And the front desk lobby is full of free treats :) This has been the most positive experience so far with a Cryotherapy Institute, but they offer so much more, infrared therapy, red light sauna, a variety of IVs, hormone therapy, and more. I warmly recommend this place to anyone wanting to decrease stress, inflammation and chronic pain, reduce wrinkles, increase collagen production, improve sleep, circulation, and general well-being.
