Sensei Larry is kind, gentle, and patient with the children. It's great exercise and my daughter is learning helpful skills such as how to fall well and self-defense. I would definitely recommend Nemuri Kuma Jujitsu.
This is a lovely yoga studio - such a wonderful vibe. Such a supportive environment . I had a fantastic teacher Carol let us through a yoga class and it was so healing
