Very inclusive and supportive environment. Had a ton of fun and I’m excited to go back to try another class, lots of options :)

The gym is great, it has everything needed to progress in one’s fitness journey, and not too crowded. The trainer I had (Derek) is amazing, he really took time to explain everything and was customizing exercises to my level and goals. He was very attentive and I became more motivated. I definitely recommend!

My fiancé and I are getting married in a couple weeks. We put our trust in Catherine after finding a groupon. Catherine was confident, kind, warm, and inspirational throughout our dance journey. She wanted to know who we were to tell our story through dance. We grew deeper in love through this experience and are excited to perform for our loved ones. We can't thank Catherine enough for everything!

Fantastic! I love the Zen class! Easy enough for beginners, and my whole body was opened up!
