I was able to get the license key and download very quick, and installed it on my laptop, then was able to use it without any problems. However, a few weeks after, when I logged in it was telling me that I need to activate it but was giving me an error when trying to activate it. I contacted support and found out I didn't activate it properly, and they gave me a new key and was able to activate it quick. Problem solved! They were very helpful and so great to work with! I love these . I have bought quite a few from one company or another …. (Any of them advertised on Groupon ). They make great Christmas gifts u can the code to anyone and they do their own thing with selecting what pictures they want to canvas . The process is usually easy . I’m having difficulties this go round but assume the website needs to be checked .
