$20 for $40 Worth of Italian Cuisine
Signature ravioli are stuffed with roasted beets, sweet potatoes, or garlic and goat cheese ($15) or braised pork with pickled and sweet cabbage along with caramelized onions ($16). Main dishes include sweet breads with a carrot purée ($18) and duck-leg confit with pickled persimmons, navy beans, and brussels sprouts ($19).
The cooks at Belli Osteria understand that good things come in small packages. Throughout the year, they rotate their selection of fillings for their signature raviolis with luxurious ingredients such as salmon-belly confit, roasted beets with goat cheese, or duck. Along with these hand-folded creations, they prepare braised meats over polenta and offer a selection of house-made desserts, including gelato, chocolate budino, and panna cotta with fruit preserves.
The tastefully designed dining room was crafted with rustic and environmentally-friendly salvaged materials, including pine bleachers from Kansas and redwood fence boards from Mendocino. Bright-red walls juxtapose with exposed-brick columns and rustic wooden tables.
This place is great! A+ Ambiance, good variety of choices on the menu (even for vegetarians), and the service was helpful even on a busy friday night.Andrea F., Yelp, 12/8/12
We started with a cheese prosciutto and sausage plate I had the very delicate squid ink pasta with prawns and both were spectacular.Richard K., Yelp, 12/8/12
