Mo Wolfe's quaint yet contemporary Pilates boutique hosts more than 30 apparatus Pilates classes each week that use a system of ropes and springs. The certified instructors limit class sizes to six students per session, enabling them to provide personalized attention. They teach how to use the systems of ropes and pulleys to develop lean muscle, increase flexibility, and bolster cores, the part of the body most likely to give humans their own magnetic field. The staff allows beginners and those with movement limitations to start with a private Pilates session to better learn how to use the equipment and perform the body weight resistance moves.
