Sunny’s Cafe

Bananas, pecans, and honey. They are perhaps an obvious combination, but it might surprise you to find it atop an omelet. Lucky for eaters, the cooks at Sunny’s Cafe reject culinary conventions. That’s why their egg-white Jamaican omelet comes crowned with these sweet toppings, though others contain less startling shrimp and crabmeat. Of course, there are also other traditional cures for the morning blues—french toast, waffles, pancakes—but even those are accented with unique twists. Coconut tops pancakes, and nuts and fruit bake right into waffles–which can also be covered with ice cream like unpopular birthday party magician.
