Choose from Three Options
- $29 for one week of unlimited classes (a $75 value)
- $25 for two weeks of unlimited 7:45 a.m. classes, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (up to a $60 value)
- $29 for one month of unlimited 9 a.m. classes held Sunday through Friday, and 9:30 classes held Saturdays (up to a $75 value)
Instructors draw from six different styles to create their full schedule. At 7:45 a.m., they teach exclusively Morning Flow yoga, while 9 a.m. classes combine Power Flow with Deep Stretching.

The Yoga Room
Though contained within a 2,700 square-foot studio, The Yoga Room's instructors still manage to explore every corner of classic and modern yoga traditions. They teach more that 40 classes a week, including gentle sessions designed to encourage beginners to give yoga a try and others fueled by billboard-topping songs that develop a rhythmic flow from pose to pose. Their second-story space is a full-service space with all the amenities of a yoga studio, including showers, props, a full sound system, and yoga mats.
