Students put their all into cardio workouts, working to build stamina and reduce stress during Ephrata Fitness's boxing and kickboxing classes. The sessions are all designed by trainers Tyler Trettin and Chad Stauffer, who tap into Tyler's degree in exercise science and Chad's mixed-martial-arts training. The duo also leads boot camps, strength training, as well as sports-focused training for middle-school, high-school, and college athletes. During these group sessions, the two trainers motivate participants to swing kettlebells and heave weights, helping people meet fitness goals. All the programs are designed to burn fat and improve strength, speed, and agility. In-studio personal training delivers personalized sessions that can accommodate one person or a whole family, customizing fitness routines to each client's fitness levels and goals.
