Fitness Classes in and near Naugatuck, CT

This was such a fun new things to try, excited for my next class

I am very happy with the price and the quality of the videos. I look forward to being able to do more yoga at home to save time. I feel like the videos will give a great yoga experience linking breath to movement. I am not sure about the integration of yoga philosophy yet.
