Being new to pilates, went for private sessions 1st.
Instructor Nassim services are fantastic!!

-Being a Newbie to pilates & not exercising in awhile, she was encouraging.

Instructor was very helpful, patient, and welcoming. I considered myself pretty fit, but this class kicked my butt! I felt a learning curve as the only newbie in class, but was given lots of space to take my time and learn the ropes. Will be coming back!
