Great space, trainers are qualified! I have a past neck injury and they keep a close eye on me for form to prevent injury. I can feel a huge difference in my posture,etc

I am very happy with the price and the quality of the videos. I look forward to being able to do more yoga at home to save time. I feel like the videos will give a great yoga experience linking breath to movement. I am not sure about the integration of yoga philosophy yet.
Nice laid back (you would expect this, but there are a lot of tense yoga instructors out there) studio. Great variety of classes for all levels and interests. They feature free events like sound baths and other events. Great place.
