So glad i decided to make this purchase. The instructor Nassim pays close attention to the needs of me and the other students. She always makes each class fun and challenging. The class itself is not too large and intimate, i always feel a good burn. Need to attend more classes to see more benefit.
This class was GREAT and Rich ( the instructor) was amazing. The experience was interesting and I will definitely be returning soon. I highly recommend you give it a try!!
One Introductory Private Pilates or Gyrotonic Tower Session; New Clients
I had a session with Kendrick and it was great! It was a definitely a challenge since it was my first ever Pilates experience. He was patient and walked me through all the exercises.
The staff is exceptionally good! The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The owner of the place is down to earth and approachable. The equipments are sanitized. What more can you ask for? Everyone should at least try a class. 2 thumbs up!!!!
