The team at SimplyCycle offers a personalized approach to each client, from patiently showing each individual how to use the bike with proper form to explaining in-depth subjects such as bike setup and riding without risk of injury. Each instructor has a unique class style, but each one ensures riders are comfortable, having fun, and understand the principles of spinning—such as how to use the resistance knob and cadence. The workouts are low impact and can lead to dramatic improvements in strength and development of the quads, hamstrings, calves, hips, and abdominal muscles.
