To instill fitness and high performance early on, the staff helms youth programs that encompass team training and one-on-one sessions, which strive to optimize on-the-field skills with an emphasis on speed and explosive, self-aware movement.

Tj Spragg's middle name is Motivation. Every workout Tj will push you past your limits by reminding you why being 'average' means an unhappy life. Without an optimal body/mind/health, you can't possibly live life to the fullest; this is a mutual goal for all of us, right?
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There are too many "content" lifestyles. Ultimately, this accomplishes nothing. Tj Spragg wants to bring the best out of everyone! There's only one route to take on a journey to an abundant life. Blood, sweat, and tears.
What do you love most about your job?
The reason Tj does this everyday without losing enthusiasm is watching someone go from depressed, complacent, and ambiguous, to courageous, motivated, and confident. There is no greater reward in life.
As a gymnastics coach, Kaia F.I.T. founder and owner Nikki Warren always noticed how children in motion tumble and play with ease.
