Best thing I have decided to buy in awhile. Helen was amazing. Prior to starting she asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on and how hard I would like the pressure. She utilized a mixture of styles Swedish, deep, and Thai stretch. It was pure heaven. I walked away feeling like a better version of myself again.
