What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are here to train for what life throws at us, whether it be a five-floor walkup, a long haul with grocery bags, or playing with our kids. We take the scary out of CrossFit to make it applicable, fun, and interesting on a daily basis.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
CrossFit is a core strength-and-conditioning program developed by Greg Glassman and designed for universal scalability, making it an inclusive fitness program for committed individuals regardless of experience or level of athleticism.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We pride ourselves in making CrossFit accessible to the masses, and we wanted to bring that accessibility to the Williamsburg community.
What do you love most about your job?
We love that we get to have a positive impact in our athletes' health and wellness, but more so, that the hour they get to spend with us and their friends can be the best part of their day. Fun and sweat are a wonderful combination.
"I am on a quest to create super-humans out of mere mortals,” declares Justin Cotler, owner of Crossfit Dynamix.
