I was super excited to find this for such a great price because it's more or less a necessity to have the MS Office Suite these days. It took me a couple weeks to find myself actually needing it, and that was when I discovered I had run into some sort of hiccup with the activation. I emailed for support in the middle of the night on a Saturday and had a response barely after the sun was up on Sunday morning, maybe 6 hours later or so. Not only was the response super fast, especially for the weekend, it also included clear and concise advice on how to solve my problem. In a matter of minutes, my new software was activated and ready to rock. Thanks for the great service from start to finish!
