The customer service as Mondazzi was excellent; they helped us redeem our Groupon and schedule the appointment. The salt room is small but wonderful! It has the perfect ambiance, complete with music and scents, and was very relaxing. The shop has a wide variety of items, all of great quality, with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend going here.
