Yoga Classes in and near Palo Alto, CA

My time at Bikram Yoga was wholesome and centered. My instructor Micheal was kind, attentive and encouraging. I am thankful to have experience and excited for so much more.

I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years

I am enjoying the basic classes. They are challenging me as a senior returning to regular exercise. The Union City studio is immaculate & parking is easy.
