Class sizes are small to ensure the client gets personalized attention from the instructor.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After having my first child I struggled returning back to fitness and my journey to get my body back! I wanted to create a class that could cater to somebody strait off the couch and also challenge somebody with a high fitness level.
What do you love most about your job?
The look on an athletes face when they just completed something they never thought they could do...it is priceless and keeps me coming back to make sure they continue to learn things they did not think they could do!
