It was such a delight to be in a calm and welcoming place. The hearing of the sound bowls and music..getting an education on how beneficial the salt therapy was an experience like no other. I cant wait to go next month. I need this in my life when things are stressful.
This is the cutest yoga studio. Very welcoming of everyone, lots of different classes to choose from. The studio has showers to use, complimentary water and tea. Very cute boutique in the studio as well. Bring your own yoga matt or they have ones to rent for class as well. I sweat in the signature heat class like I never have before.
i absolutely love this place for me and my son! everyone is welcoming its like a family soon as you join. me and my son learned alot in our first class that made me keep coming back.
