Alice Sevivas and the instructors at MY BodYoga do more than teach yoga. In addition to yoga classes, which range from relaxing to challenging to fitness-oriented, they perform a variety of holistic massages and body treatments and work to build a community based on healthy living. The caring staff shares information via educational meditation events, dietary workshops, including a flexitarian workshop, and couples' workshops and offers free classes on Saturdays at 7 a.m. for members of the military.
