- $25 for 5 boot-camp classes (a $50 value)
- $35 for 10 boot-camp classes (a $100 value)
One-hour classes take place Monday through Friday at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. (no 7 p.m. class on Fridays), with extra sessions on Saturdays at 10 a.m.
The Village Fitness Studio
The Village Fitness Studio owner Clint Milusnic loves the athletic challenges found in the outdoors. Milusnic, a certified personal trainer and Navy veteran, has headed Saturday outdoor events that have included workouts, hiking, biking, and tubing in nearby outdoor spots such as the Fair Oaks bluffs. Back at the studio, Milusnic leads three levels of boot-camp-style classes and conducts personal and small-group training sessions. Regardless of the class size, Milusnic strives to ensure each exerciser receives individual attention and coaching.
