This process went extremely well. I purchased 2 Microsoft office products one for each of our 2 desktop computers and both were easy to install and activate. Can't beat the price and the efficiency of this company.

Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
