Choose from Three Options

For the CrossFit class options, customers may be required to take up to six introductory On-Ramp classes, depending on their ability.
The three-month strength and conditioning program goes beyond aesthetic fitness goals to develop the strength and performance of both current and former athletes. Students will focus on a range of fitness realms, including cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, agility, speed, coordination, and flexibility. Classes take place at 3–4 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday or every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning on May 5 for Monday/Wednesday students and May 6 for Tuesday/Thursday students.
The coaches at CrossFit Queens make their clients' fitness their priority. With many classes to choose from, the programs are targeted to a large number of tastes, including getting in shape, improving overall fitness, or competing in sports. New visitors to CrossFit Queens are able to choose between different class times each week to keep their body moving. The facility originated in Queens and currently boasts the largest one in Astoria.
