Today I came in for an oil change. I was helped by Callen (sp) and Ken. Callen was being trained by Ken. Callen did a fine job; after the work was completed, he explained the additional items needed service. I know this is your practice but I just want to say I appreciate how he explained things-patiently, without me feeling pressured.
Mr. Ken is just an EXCEPTIONAL team member-polite, thorough.

One Gold Package Wash and Carnauba Wax
I have used Dirt Busters for years. Staff is excellent and efficient, service is fast, car looks great each time. I drive 19 miles to use the car wash...it's worth it.
