Took my first Body Evolutions class at the Chelsea location, and loved it! Great instructor, great equipment, and good ambiance.

How I got started was with the Groupon, 9 years ago. I love some like it hot. It’s a place where every class is a time to reflect, restore and be present and work on me. I met many good, lovely people and it is a wonderful community. It’s a place where I go to work on myself. Everyday is a new experience. ❤️
