Enjoyed my first visit to the Salt Sanctuary. The chair and headrest were very comfortable and the ambient music was very relaxing. I was surprised how soft my skin felt afterwards. I would have liked some water to drink at the end of the session, so you may want to bring your own.

This is the best class! Be ready for an intense workout

Heather established tremendous positive energy as soon as you walk in the door. She was so helpful for my first class. I can’t wait to go back.

Its a great deal,freedom to choose length and focus of every class accessed from your phone, iPad, or computer. Recommend!
