The service was great. The meal was great. I enjoyed the ambiance as well. The main reason I know of La Estufa is that I have a storage space right across the street. Otherwise I would never know of you. I can't say what would have gotten my attention to come except for that. Hey, maybe you want to put some fliers over at Manhattan Ministorage so that others who come by to put things into their storage area know they can come and have a wonderful meal at La Estufa.

The service is wonderful - the staff is very attentive. The food is really good and the wine list is nice. The ambiance is nice too. I went a few years ago and although the food was good, the service wasn't. Went back about a year ago and I'm so happy I did because the service was fantastic. Now, I go often and have not been the least bit disappointed. It's a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

About La Estufa

At La Estufa, guests look on as chefs in the open kitchen chop, simmer, and stir Italian, American, and vegetarian dishes, including many made from organic ingredients. Homemade burgers and fish such as salmon and red snapper lounge on plates beneath an awning in hues of burgundy and vanilla. The dining room’s brick walls overlook pastas slathered with pesto, vodka, and calamari sauces, and breakfasts cloaked in real maple syrup leave diners no excuse for fistfights with trees. In cool glasses, Gus sodas and organic Apple & Eve juices parade alongside brimming plates.
