Never sweat so much in my life. It was my first time at this place, and I am super new to yoga in general. I loved it.

How I got started was with the Groupon, 9 years ago. I love some like it hot. It’s a place where every class is a time to reflect, restore and be present and work on me. I met many good, lovely people and it is a wonderful community. It’s a place where I go to work on myself. Everyday is a new experience. ❤️

Tome las clases ilimitadas de yoga por un mes y los beneficios fueron casi inmediatos, el instructor es muy paciente y te hace sentir en confianza, hice una pausa porque tuve una cirugía de mano que no me permite continuar, pero al recuperarme definitivamente continuaré 10/10
