I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
First time doing a yoga class in years, so rusty but so happy I joined. Studio was beautiful, instructor was welcoming, and overall a really good class.
