Mindbody Bootcamp blends movement elements such as martial arts, gymnastics, yoga, and plyometrics to create a total-body session of strength and endurance building. According to an article in the New York Times, a typical boot-camp class includes "meditation followed by yoga postures and martial arts moves like fast punching and kicks."
